During her industry tenure, she has served in multiple roles including interfacing with Medical Review Officers, serving as a liaison with clinic management, and facilitating Program Development. Melissa interfaces with clients to ensure compliance with individual company drug abuse policies, support occupational health requirements, and promote industry best practices. She is a Certified Designated Employer Representative and has served on the Legislative Committee within the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA).
